The Legal Seafood shuckers get to know SCO

On a sunny Friday in October we had the pleasure of hosting a phenomenal group of shuckers from Legal Seafoods out on the farm. They shared their favorite shucking knives, shucking scars, and recipes with us. Along for the ride were a slew of North Coast folks, Shawn Moran(IG shawninboston) and Michael Reardon(IG about_the_stout. A veritable feast was served aboard the barge and enjoyed by all.
